Agency-side work for Essity, a global health and hygiene brand. Supported the social media team across community management, content planning, newsletter writing, and data reporting.

The team needed day to day support across multiple workstreams, from responding to comments and messages on social media to rewriting newsletters and tracking how content was performing.

Large global brands need consistent hands on support to keep content quality high and channels active. Without it, things fall through the gaps.
