Context
I created short-form video content designed to make the people behind Stiftelsen Spelkultur more visible and accessible. Instead of relying on long-form interviews, the content puts board members and their perspectives front and centre through shorter, more immediate social-first formats.
Problem
The foundation had strong people and interview material, but long-form conversations rarely travel on social. The perspectives were there. The format kept them hidden.
Insight
People follow people. A sharp 30 seconds with a board member does more for visibility than a full interview nobody finishes.
Idea
Turn organisational and interview-based material into platform-native short-form video that leads with faces, voices and games culture.
Execution
- 01Shaped the content angle around board members and their perspectives
- 02Cut interview material into short, vertical, social-first edits
- 03Added on-screen text and pacing built for sound-off viewing
- 04Created a shorter arcade-style piece to carry the games culture identity
Results
- A repeatable short-form format for turning interviews into social content
- Board members made visible and approachable to a wider audience
