Content strategy and concept development for a recurring B2B ingredients content stream.

Role, Content Strategist, agency-side.

Note

Selected work is confidential. What's shown here is the type of work delivered and the role I played.

Context

Agency-side strategic planning for a global B2B ingredients brand. Set the strategic direction, audience framing and concept development for a recurring content stream across nutrition, health and beauty, then recommended what the brand should produce and why.

Problem

The brand needed strategic planning and concept direction, not just a calendar. Without an audience-led framework, ongoing content risked drifting into feature lists that did not connect to the conversations buyers actually cared about.

Insight

B2B ingredients content lands when it sits inside the cultural and category questions its audience is already asking. Strategic framing has to come before any post idea, otherwise the stream becomes activity without direction.

Idea

Build a repeatable strategic planning framework that translated audience understanding and category trends into concept territories the production team could develop against month after month.

Execution

  • 01Set the strategic planning framework for the recurring B2B content stream
  • 02Built audience and category framing across nutrition, health and beauty
  • 03Developed concept territories and content recommendations for each cycle
  • 04Presented strategy, rationale and recommendations in monthly planning meetings

Results

  • Content strategy and concept development for a recurring B2B ingredients content stream
  • Developed the strategic planning framework used for ongoing production
  • Created a repeatable structure for future content development
